I managed to fix it on my own.

I am trying to connect to the game, it says that the server is up on the website and I have the client update but it says that the server is down.

I cannot connect to the game when I try to log in. I thought at first it was another crash but when I checked the server status it said that it was still online. I was on the game about 45 minutes ago and connected without problem.

Ok, thank you. I didn't know if it was a glitch or not and I didn't want to accidentally exploit it.

I just signed in to see that I am getting bonuses for having membership. Which I did not get and haven't paid for.
