If I had to pick, it would be fixing the moves but I think pwo is fine as it is atm, and the staff are doing a good job to keep it running.

In each battle you can only gain one lvl, so it keeps that extra exp until your next battle which could give you only 1 exp but still give you the lvl.

I'm not sure why the level cap is 97 but negative exp is there to compensate for the change from a smaller to a larger exp base when evolving. You just need to train it off.

That just means the server's full. I think you'll find it hard to get in today as registration was open and a lot of people will be wanting to play.

Heres mine : I'm a bit of a pyromaniac in real life so naturally I like the fire pokemon <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/BulbasaurSilly.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":P" /> Scizor's in there purely because I think it looks cool.

There really isn't much that you can do, other than grind on wild pokemon or NPCs. It does get quite boring and repetitive, I had to train my abra to level 16 by subbing it out every single battle. I'm sure you can pass time by listening to music or by talking to people in the chat, it helped me.
