    since a new shiny pokemon caught will have 20-31 ivs, why not increase the chances of encounter rate? if not an increase please don't decrease it as a result of a previous poll for reducing the encounter rate when having membership... :(

    Magmar learn move bug

    i faced the same bug yesterday while trying to make my Xatu learn solar beam. it couldn't learn it untill level 68 after it had learn psychic and all it's other moves..
