So in order to actually register, you need to put in a request for a registration key. How would you do that? Is there a form or a link you need to go to to request the key? Another question, do you have a system in place to prevent the same person from putting in multiple request? Without one...

Just keep on trying. An easy way to pass the time when going pokemon hunting is to actually train a pokemon around the area's level. It might take more time, but at least you wont be bored.
