^very high chance of being the best normal Gyarados ingame. Also you might want to consider splitting this into shinies and normals, otherwise 99% of the pokemon on here will be shiny just because they have guaranteed IV's, which will usually be higher than most, if not all, normal pokemon.

For Safari Zone 4 I'm sort of disagreeing with what Nidoking and Nidoqueen's rarity should be, currently it seems to be very similar to what Kangaskhan, Scyther, and Tauros rarity which makes hunting those three pointless there and far easier in zone 3 since, in Zone 3 there are only 5 with that...

If you're copying your password and pasting it try typing it out instead, if that doesn't work you could change it to a new password in playerdex and that should work.
