I think u get my question wrongly..... I am logged in the game.... Just the map not loading......... And the loading notice keep staying there... So i can't enter my current location in the map.... I think this must have been cause by me stucking between a npc and the fence...

I was stuck between a npc and a fence. Then i try the /ref command....but din't work. So,I quit and restart the whole game......but now i am stuck in the first page with the loading notice. And I have try reinstall the game. And yet,I can't seem to enter the map and the loading...
