How about renting Legendarys ? So they would stay rare and it would take out alot of Pokemoney.

IVs are defined when you catch a Pokemon and cant be changed after that (for now?). So jep 2 Pokes with same lvl can have different stats.

There should be a way of improving stats of a Pokemon and since there are too much Pokemon and Money how about: 1. Letting my GyaradosA kill another Gyarados so GyaradosA gets better Stats. Or Fusion or something ? 2. Rare Candy (1lvl up for money (500k-1m ?)) 3. Improving Poke Stats with...
