Hey Guys im new here xD.. Is this game still active?.. Is this game has a apk version so we can play it easily?

And no android client on the to-do list afaik, PWO would receive another C&D letter again

PWO does not have a version for any type of Smartphone; nor are there plans to develop one. The reason for this, is that the Pokémon Company itself already has a number of official titles available for handheld devices; and recently has even gotten into Smartphones itself with the launch of Pokémon GO. The Staff of Pokémon World Online are fans of Nintendo and Game Freak et al.'s work - many, though not all, of us are long-time Pokémonaholics who have played for a number of years - and we respect their intellectual property. The aim with Pokémon World Online is not to compete with Nintendo et al.'s own output, but rather to offer something to the die-hard fans that Nintendo themselves currently doesn't and has regularly refused to offer - namely, a PC-based, multiplayer environment for Pokémon. A smartphone game is not part of this vision.
