I can not enter my account since yesterday.

Already have a 6 hours I try to log into my account and says: User already in the system, I rebooted the PC, already restarted my modem, I think I have done everything I could have done and still do not get in my log account, how to solve this problem when this happens? thanks for the attention. :-\

Once staff restart the server the problem would be gone.

Big login problem

I cant log in in pwo.it always show me the message user already in system i tried to unistal and instal back the client and tried to log in on a different pc and still doesent work is keep sayng User already in the system .Somebody please help me

hello first of all,
today before 10 min i started to play pwo then i had a crash and closed the game but at the moment i cant log in.
İt says to me ''user already in system''.

After i have downloaded the new update it just say you last logged on with a other ip and i dont know how to fix it can someone help me

UPDATED JUNE 2015: If you receive the UIS error, wait 10-15 minutes and try to log on again, it might just be a temporary glitch. You can also try logging into the Playerdex to reset your login information- but again if that doesn't work try again in 10-15 minutes.

If you are still suffering UIS after waiting longer than 10-15 minutes ask a staff member for help. The quickest way to find staff outside of the game is in IRC Chat:
