I would just like to make some clarifications to this (since I did the balloting last year.)

When I say multiples, it means

Most Attractive Female: Gobfather/PumpkinKing.

I ended up counting each vote as .5 (as to not ruin each voters intention.)

Now if that ballot looked like

Most Attractive Female: Gobfather/Looney

that just means that people are voting for the same person but they have alternative accounts (in otherwords, they're trying to inform you that gob and looney, or PumpkinKing and Lentz, or Dovee and W4ke, are the same person using different user names.)

If a person says themselves and someone else, their vote for themselves is canceled and full credit goes to the other name in the superlative ballot being cast, as shown below

Most Attractive Female: Aflax/Gobfather

Lastly, while it was not encouraged, if a person wanted to vote

More on-topic: While I will personally choose not to throw my opinions on public record, for the staff/player-based categories, I will make an honorary mention on the game-oriented categories.

Favorite Event: 2013 Halloween Event. It may be arguably the only full-scale event that PWO has had this year, it's also one that I consider dignifiable in how it was carried out—from the drawing board to the resurgent playerbase that partook in it, it was a memorable event for the community (from my own personal opinion, and what I've seen of its reception) that also left a lasting benefit: the permanent content updates that coincided with the event (which PWO has lacked in my time around it).
