Sandshrew Glitch pt.2

I tried to level up my Sandshrew to see if it would get its move TM X-Siczor for its fourth space back.
But it still seems to be gone it also never learned any other moves besides the TM I taught it.
I still only have three moves.
It was meant to be my fourth move.
where did it go?!?!?!
Was lvl 7 now 8.

Sandshrew is one of those Pokemon that haven't been converted to their B2W2 moveset, that's why you've only learned those three moves. This, however, shouldn't impact the ability to learn that specific TM. Normally you'd be able to edit your moves on the PlayerDex, but that may not be applicable in this case. Your best option would probably be to try and teach it X-Scissor by TM again and make a Bug Report on the PlayerDex if the same thing happens again.
