puedes probar usando el comando /ref dentro del juego, sino funciona trata de cerrar el juego completamente y abrirlo en modo administrador. si nada de esto funciona te recomiendo hacer un report en bug catcher o pedir asistencia en el canal irc del juego (el link esta en la pagina del juego en la seccion chat, todo esto en ingles )
