My Bonus dratini token!??

Hi, i buy the dratini Bonus , But i give this status > hp > 31 > atk>15 > def>8>spd >4< >spatk 10 > spdef 12 , but, bonus pokemon token dont is minium 8IV???? , Please solve my problem, and sorry my bad english... http://www.tickimg.com.br/uploads/_dratini_bonus.png

If the bonus pokemon is Shiny it is minimum 8 ivs: Since yours isn't shiny its 1-31 ivs

As knuckles said, only the shiny pokemon have guaranteed IVs and you aren't guaranteed a shiny pokemon, just a chance of getting one.
