Since PWO is a Windows-only game, the only real way to play on any sort of mobile device is via Remote Desktop connection to a PC that has the game already installed. Here's a guide on how to do that on an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/265...computer-from-your-iphone-ipad-or-ipod-touch/
This having been said, this is not a "true" native mobile client and the experience is likely to be poor as PWO is designed to be played with a keyboard; and does not offer any sort of touchscreen controls.

Creating an official mobile client is not a goal of the PWO Team and will not be considered, partially because the PWO Team believe that anyone who wants to play Pokémon on-the-go is already well-served by both official handheld Nintendo devices such as the Nintendo DS/3DS family and the Nintendo Switch; or by mobile apps such as Pokémon Go and Pokémon Café Mix. PWO's intention is not to compete with Nintendo, but to be a fan-made project that respects Nintendo's properties and offers to fans something Nintendo have to date refused to offer - namely, a PC-based Pokémon MMO. In the case of Apple, there are also further complications because Apple have far stricter policies over allowable content on their App Store; and there are no legal third-party alternative platforms for those devices.
