Every time he sends out the email notification to register, it never shows up on his email. What can he do?

We've been experiencing issues with a third-party platform we use to handle our emails, which has unfortunately been causing emails to not send over the past few days.

From what I've been told, registration emails are beginning to be sent out again, but they're currently going through slowly and in batches, so they may not always arrive in time. We're also aware that our email server is actually being blocked by some ISPs, so it may be some email addresses never get an email at all.

I'm hesitant to advise people to keep trying, as it'll just add more load to the pile, so all I can say is wait to see if an email does arrive, and only send another registration or password reset request if you received an email but it was already expired or if you want to try a different email address. Otherwise, please wait for us to make an official announcement, as we're still investigating solutions.

Thank you. My friend thought he was going crazy because he couldn't find it. I will let him know.

Speculating this entirety be[th] within proper parameters with Pokémon &/or their partners; hath yiz (PWO) looked into building yiz' own server? Unix/Linux would save yiz hundres of dollars, being several thousands of OSs that could be downloaded for free & of free support communities. With prices being very fluctuant & sporadic betwixt differ companies, hardware could be nigh as affordable (comparable). Less likely to hath software troubles; with many Pokémon communities amongst the Unix/Linux communities, somehow I doubt there won't be any willing to help (obviousies of needeth). It'd be cool to see this continue & reach multiple platforms/consoles. Many of us are also in needeth of the anonymity softwares we use; many support systems/departments illegally suggest for these to beth disabled....
If my jib is difficult to understand, I'll do my best to translate; mine native language is American English - sans ebonics & [unnecessary] slang.
Am presuming they searched their spam box for the beseeched e-mail?
Thank yiz in advance. Gods bless/speed!! (ILY sign language emoticon)
