game locked

Why everytime me check the game is still locked for maintenance. Im aware maybe its cos it gets maintenance done alot more now and also maybe certain staff aint available to do certain things. Is this why???

The game is online - its just displaying incorrectly as the server requires a reboot or a manual edit to fix it of which I have done now.
