Hi staff,

Formal GDPR Article 17 Right to Erasure Request – SilentDragonJ

Username: SilentDragonJ
Registered email: j7133515@gmail.com (correspondence to jkushner102@proton.me)

This account has been inactive for years with no subscriptions, disputes, or progress I wish to retain.

I request:
1. Permanent deletion of all personal data (emails, IPs, name, payment info if any).
2. Anonymization of any remaining logs (e.g. username to “Deleted User #ID”).

A generic “record-keeping” or “ban evasion” claim is insufficient to override my right. Please provide specific legitimate interests if refusing.

I expect acknowledgment within one week and compliance within one month per Article 12(3) GDPR.

Thank you,

Jacob Kushner

My unofficial take as a player:
Nintendo is one of the most lawsuit-happy companies in all of history.
Considering that, the fact PWO still exists tells me they don't care much about legal threats.
Also, the staffperson normally in charge of database stuff (Bluerise/Takuku) takes a lot longer than a week to reply to anything these days.
Good luck though.
