Hi everyone.
I'm posting this in case someone gets the same bug I got, since it's been very frustrating.
During the last year or more, I experienced frequent frozen screens after fainting an NPC's last pokemon, or after fainting a pokemon carrying an item. The game got frozen on the battle screen, while chats kept on going properly.
At first I tought it was a network problem. I tried on another network, nothing changed. Then I tought it was the machine, and I just gave up on hope.
Lately, I changed computer. I was surprised to see that the bug was still there!
So I thought it may have been a problem with my account. I tried all sort of crazy stuff, and mine being an old account one I tried to get rid of all my old, unused quest items from older events. Turned out getting rid of those items was actually the solution!!! Maybe my item manu was too clogged with items.
Yesterday, after purchasing some items from the halloween event vendor, I got the same problem. Since I don't want to get rid of items anymore (now all the items I have are functional) I temporarily solved the issue by putting all the items on deposited pokemon. It's been working so far. Uncomfortable, but better than freezing.
I'm writing this so if someone ever gets this they can use this workaround (until it's hopefully fixed).
Thanks for reading and to the staff for this wonderful game!
