broken password

hi staff of pwo this is alucard my brother has allowed me to yous his account to message you and let you know
that i still can not access my own acc: alucard_chaotic_69 i did recive a password reset twice and neither of which allowed me to log in.
Do you have any infromation regarding to the passwords not working or possibally even being broken for login to the game,playerdex.etc?

When you receive your password reset email, do not copy/paste your password. Type it out completely.

Keep trying, its not always gonna work the first time. Try Try Try! If it still doesn't work, you may need an admins help.

i would only give the info to a owner or co-owner if tha but now iv done the password reset request 3 times at this point and there all in correct acorrding to the loggin for the site and also for the the game itself
