black window in the game

please check the next image, i have blacked my pok window, need help with it, my character keep stuck... please help, sorry for my english...im peruvian

This happens when the game has been unable to connect to our server correctly. The usual causes are a firewall or internet security product blocking PWO's access to the internet, or a misconfigured router or connection. Or, if you're using a VPN, it might be filtering the connection to PWO. Sadly we can't provide tailored advise for every person's PC, so I'd refer to the help guides for the specific software or hardware you have to see if there's a way to whitelist PWO.

Proton VPN did this to my game. Turned it off and all was good!
