Attempting to reload map

I start now in the pwo , and i can't move , only show the message "attempting to reload map (professor oaks lab) if problem persists try again later...

right click on your pwo.exe and choose run as administrator

I cant move in PWO i started yesterday. I caught 4 pokes and now i just have a black screen. Im also running as admin. Can anyone help?
